Self - Check in & Documents
After booking, you will receive an email from our 'MEWS' portal to easily upload your documents online. Alternatively, you can email them to us and we will take care of it. Our hotel with no traditional reception offers a convenient Self Check-In service. Using the Key Box system, you can independently access your room by following the detailed instructions we send you on the day of check-in. Simplify your arrival and experience an uncomplicated stay!
Private Parking
We are one of the few facilities in the area to offer private parking available by reservation at a cost of CHF 20 per day. Access details will be sent on the day of check-in. As spaces are limited, we recommend booking in advance.
Switchboard always available
You always have a phone number available for assistance: the switchboard is active until 6 p.m., after this time an emergency number is available 24/24.

How to get to the hotel entrance
To reach our reception BY CAR or on FOOT, enter "Via Pescatori 4, 6600 Muralto" in the GPS. This address will lead you directly to our reception. If you arrive BY TRAIN, the "Miralago Easy Rooms" is conveniently accessible from Locarno's main train station, just a 1-minute walk away. Follow the same directions as above. Please note that although the address of the facility is Via San Vittore 1, for easy access, we recommend that you enter the address Via Pescatori 4, 6600 Muralto in your GPS.
One of the few facilities in the area with a private parking lot
Available by mandatory reservation at CHF 20 per day. Access instructions will be sent on the day of check-in. As places are limited, we recommend booking in advance. If availability is exhausted, we offer discount vouchers for Parking Centro Locarno, a 5-minute walk away. With our voucher (emailed upon request), the rate will be CHF 19 per day instead of CHF 57. Please note that Parking Centro is a public service outside the hotel.
